1. Why to buy from KarmaThread?
In a world full of clothing brands, KarmaThread isn't trying to make you buy heaps of clothes. We're trying to make you fall in love the ones you wear.

2. What makes Karmathread fabrics different?
Our fabrics are handcrafted using traditional handloom techniques, making each piece soft to wear, breathable, and unique in texture—unlike mass-produced synthetic fabrics.

3. Is the fabric truly natural and synthetic-free?
Yes, we focus on natural fibers and ensure our fabrics are free from synthetic blends, making them skin-friendly and eco-conscious.

4. Does the fabric feel rough or uncomfortable?
Not at all. Handloom fabrics soften beautifully after the first wash—becoming even more comfortable over time.

5. Is the fabric suitable for all seasons?
Yes, our fabrics are breathable and work especially for all the climates—keeping you cool in summers and comfortable in mild winters.

🎨 Design & Fit
1. Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
Yes, we try our best to maintain accuracy. Slight variations in weave may occur due to the handmade nature of the fabric.

2. Do you offer custom sizing?
We follow standard sizing, but in special cases you can provide us your exact measurements in inches with the design & colour preferences. But the delivery might take more time than usual.

🧼 Care Instructions
1. How should I wash KarmaThread garments?
We recommend gentle hand wash in cold water using mild liquid detergent. Also avoid heavy sunlight drying.

2. Will the fabric shrink or bleed color?
The fabric is properly washed so shrinkage is usually taken care of ( Shrinkage is natural for handloom fabrics as it's a way to test whether it's really handmade or not)
and it won't bleed color as it's made consciously with natural colours and not chemical dies.

3. Can I machine wash or dry clean?
Gentle machine wash is okay, but hand wash is preferred. Avoid harsh cycles.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

1. Where all areas shipping is offered?
We provide World-wide shipping.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
It totally depends on your location & the product you choose.

3. What if the product is out of stock & somebody wants to purchase it?
As all products are handmade through handloom techniques, the production time is quite high in comparison to the sold out time which is quite faster. But in such cases you can write to us mentioning the product details you want to purchase. If it is possible for us within a time fame to make it available for you, we would try our best.
