Process to Request a Refund

Provide order details along with clear images/video of the product highlighting the issue.

Once the claim is verified, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
