At KarmaThread, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • You have received a defective or damaged product.

Process to Request a Refund

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at Karmathreadofficial@gmail.com.

  2. Provide order details along with clear images/video of the product highlighting the issue.

  3. Once the claim is verified, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind.

Note: As each product undergoes strict quality checks before shipping, such cases are extremely rare. Nonetheless, our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth resolution if any issue arises.
